Payment cards will be delivered to customers by mail and free of charge
For your convenience - we will deliver payment cards free of charge by mail in Lithuania. You can order a new payment card or replace it after expiry by logging to your online bank or by calling us at 1813 (when ordering a debit card).
Business hours of Šiaulių Bankas on 10-11 March
Please be informed that on 11 March, i.e. on the Day of Restoration of Lithuania’s Independence - customer service points of Šiaulių Bankas will not work, while on the eve of this holiday, i.e. on 10 March, all customer service points of Šiaulių Bankas will be working for 1 hour shorter than usually, except the units that operate in the supermarkets - they will be open as usual.

Mystery Shoppers Named Šiaulių Bankas as the Best Client Service Provider in Lithuania
The mystery shopper research showed that the total client service quality indicator of the Lithuanian bank sector came to 82.7 % last year – it decreased by 6.3 % during the year. Šiaulių Bankas maintained its leader’s positions for the second year in the row since its service quality indicator substantially exceeded the bank sector average.
From 18 February, new fees and service terms of Šiaulių Bankas come into force
Please be reminded that from 18 February 2020 the new fees and service terms of Šiaulių Bankas for private and business clients come into effect, i.e. rates for accounts, cash, trading currencies are revised, non-SEPA credit transfer deposit time is improved, term of preparation of certificates for the client's auditors is adjusted.
Akropolis Customer Service Point of Šiaulių Bankas will be renewed in February
This year we continue the project of refurbishing our customer service units and kindly inform that in February Akropolis customer service point located in Klaipėda will be temporarily closed.
The term deposit linked to agricultural raw materials price indices has expired
Three years ago, taking into account the customers' need for alternative methods of saving and the prevailing low interest rates, Šiaulių Bankas offered its clients a term deposit with additional interest. This type of deposit is offered to clients who keep their savings in traditional deposit products but would like to try to participate in financial markets without risking their savings. The deposit was linked to financial assets - agricultural raw material price indices.
