Data Protection Rules of Šiaulių Bankas have been updated
We would like to inform you that as of 7 July 2020 the Data Protection Rules of Šiaulių Bankas have been updated.
Moratoriums on temporary deferral of credit obligations extended until 30 September
Šiaulių Bankas, together with other Lithuanian credit companies, by mutual agreement extended the moratorium on temporary deferral of credit obligations to private and business customers affected by COVID-19.
Life insurance company Bonum Publicum changes its name to SB Draudimas
Life insurance company Bonum Publicum owned by Šiaulių Bankas changes its name to SB Draudimas from 1 July. The change was driven by the closer integration with Šiaulių Bankas and based on a group-wide image strategy of being closer to the customer.
Live Customer Service - Closer to You
After the quarantine, we do hurry back to our usual work and are already waiting for you in as many as 59 customer service points in 37 Lithuanian cities. Following your and our employees’ needs, we unify the business hours at the majority of our units - from now on in the most customer service points you will be served from Mondays to Thursdays from 8.00 to 16.45, and on Fridays from 8.00 to 15.45. The opening hours of the units in the supermarkets do not change.
Business hours of Šiaulių bankas on 24 June 2020
Please be informed that customer service points of Šiaulių Bankas will be closed on 24th June (Wednesday), except for the points located in supermarkets (these customer service points will work on the same schedule as the supermarkets).
During the quarantine period, Šiaulių Bankas postponed loan repayments to more than 600 customers
As of June 15, Šiaulių Bankas has already postponed credit repayments to 626 customers who experienced financial difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the announced quarantine. Business clients - 395 companies - account for the largest amount of loan deferrals, however, credit repayments were also temporarily suspended for 231 private customers.
On June 6-7, the systems of Šiaulių Bankas system will not operate and the opening hours of several units will change
We would like to inform you that the mobile application and the on-line banking of Šiaulių Bankas will be temporarily unavailable during the planned technical works from June 6 18:00 to June 7 14:00.
Šiaulių Bankas service fees and conditions are changing
Please be informed that from June 22 of this year the fees for investment services of Šiaulių Bankas will change, and from July 21, 2020 new fees for documentary settlement and collection services will come into force as well as the conditions of some services will be adjusted.
Another 12 customer service points of Šiaulių Bankas open their doors to customers
With the softer quarantine conditions, from May 11, Šiaulių Bankas resumes the activities of 12 more customer service points. In total, there are 52 customer service points operating throughout the country.
Siauliu bankas and Danske Bank completed the transaction on the acquisition of the private customers credit portfolio
Siauliu bankas announces, that the acquisition of Danske Bank A/S Lithuania branch private customers credit portfolio has been completed. The major part of the portfolio consists of housing loans, therefore the housing loan portfolio of Siauliu bankas has increased to 3.2 percent of the market share.
