Disruptions in the PLAIS system are expected on 1–2 July

Dear clients,

the State Enterprise Centre of Registers is upgrading the Monetary Fund Restrictions System (PLAIS) in order to implement the provisions of the Resolution on the Approval of the Description Setting Forth the Amounts Prohibited to be Collected from the Debtor’s Funds in an Account Opened with a Credit, Payment and/or Electronic Money Institution and the Application Procedure Thereof approved by the Government.

For this reason, disruptions in the PLAIS system are expected on 1–2 July 2022. On the above dates, you will not be able to use the freely available amount (FAA), which as of 1 July, will be referred to as non-recoverable amount (NRA).

We advise that you take care of your freely available funds in advance or use your non-recoverable amount from 3 July.
