The goal of Šiaulių Bankas - high quality customer service

Good service consists of many details - both big and small. We strive to ensure that Šiaulių Bankas' clients are always served with high quality and feel cosy and comfortable in the Bank's customer service points. That's why we're constantly working on that! Currently we have refurbished 21 customer service point in various cities and towns in Lithuania.

Taking into consideration the needs and expectations of our clients, we maintain a wide customer service network throughout Lithuania and do not refuse rendering cash transactions and currency exchange services.

We have also recently introduced the new identity of Šiaulių Bankas highlighting the Bank's strengths such as its close relationship with customers, openness and flexibility.

According to Mystery Shopper Survey conducted by “Dive Lietuva” in 2018, Šiaulių Bankas is the first in Lithuania by the customer service quality.
