Working hours and performance of payments during the Easter weekend
Dear clients
Please be informed that we are changing our opening hours for the Easter long weekend: we will be closed on Sunday (17 April) and only the following offices will be open on Monday:
- Customer Service Unit in Kaunas Akropolis (10 AM to 9 PM)
- Customer Service Unit in Klaipėda Akropolis (10 AM to 9 PM)
- Customer service Unit in Šiauliai Akropolis (10 AM to 9 PM)
- Customer service Unit in Šiauliai Tilžė (11 AM to 6 PM)
- Customer service Unit in Šiauliai Saulė (12 noon to 9 PM)
- Customer Service Unit in Vilnius Akropolis (10 AM to 9 PM)
On the other days, we will work as normal. Please note that you must register for a visit in advance.
Executing payment orders during 14–18 April
SEPA credit transfers submitted after 4 PM on 14 April 2022 will be executed on 19 April.
Instant payments will be available on all bank holidays to the accounts of all credit institutions connected to the instant payment system, with a maximum instant payment amount of EUR 100,000. Instant payments can be made via the Šiaulių Bankas mobile application or the Internet Bank.
