Amendments to SMS Banking Service
We aim at making SMS banking service even more convenient for you, therefore from 15 July 2021 we are updating the management of this service. You will be able to order new messages, change settings, cancel already ordered messages and enter into a new SMS banking service agreement at any Šiaulių bankas customer service point or on your on-line banking.
Mobile app of Šiaulių Bankas and the Internet Bank will be temporarily unavailable
Please note that due to the scheduled technical works, the mobile app of Šiaulių Bankas and Internet Bank (BETA also) will be temporarily unavailable tonight from 23:00 to 23:30.
You are welcome to update the mobile application of Šiaulių Bankas
Please be informed that from 01/07/2021, the old mobile application of Šiaulių Bankas will no longer be available, therefore, if you have not tried the updated application yet, we invite you not to delay any longer.

Please note that due to the scheduled technical works, the mobile app of Šiaulių Bankas and Internet Bank BETA will be temporarily unavailable at night from Friday (21 May) to Saturday (22 May) from 23:00 to 03:00.
Important information for e-signature (stationary electronic signature) users
We inform that in 2021. May. customers will no longer be able to login to the on-line banking using a stationary electronic signature tool (cryptographic USB stick issued by the State Enterprise Centre of Registers or an identity chip with an electronic signature function). It will be possible to login to the on-line banking and confirm transactions using the following means of identification:
New fees and terms of Šiaulių Bankas services come into force
We would like to inform you that from March 1, 2021 the new investment services depository receipt fee will come into force, and from April 1, 2021 the fees for credit transfers, cash transactions in the bank's units, payment cards for business customers will change as well as the terms of some services. From now on, debits according to PLAIS instructions will not be included in the service plans.
Online payments by cards will be even more secure
From 1 January 2021, stricter security requirements for card payments at e-commerce sites come into force. The purpose of the requirements is to ensure additional security of online card payments and to reduce the risk of possible fraud or illegal payments.
Four customer service points will be temporarily closed during quarantine
Due to the more active remote servicing during quarantine and reduced flow of visitors to the customer service points, four customer service units will be temporarily closed from 11 November. However, other units in the same city will work and serve registered customers.
