New rates and conditions for services of Šiaulių bankas enter into effect, the General and Payment Rules and Conditions for Use of Service Plans have been updated
We inform hereby that on 1 February 2022, new rates of accounts, credit transfer, cash collection/ delivery, documentary payments and guarantees, credit, factoring and leasing, payment cards, conditional payment and other services will enter into effect in AB Šiaulių Bankas.
Some of Šiaulių bankas services will be temporarily unavailable on Sunday morning
Please be informed that due to the planned technical works on Sunday morning (November 21) Šiaulių bankas mobile app and internet bank will be temporarily unavailable from 9:00 to 10:00, and only consultations will be provided in the branches operating on Sundays.
During the scheduled test works, the banking services may be temporarily unavailable
Please be informed that on October 23 from 04:00 until 08:00 some scheduled test works will be performed, during which temporary (up to 15 minutes) disruptions of the Internet bank, mobile app, sb.lt website, and instant payments may occur.
The LIBOR interbank interest rate benchmark will be replaced by EURIBOR
We would like to inform you about changes related to the cancellation of the LIBOR interbank interest rate benchmark. Pursuant to the European Union regulation, in the beginning of 2022, the LIBOR (in EUR) in loan agreements will be replaced by the EURIBOR index. Clients who have concluded such agreements will not be required to take any further actions: we will personally inform the clients about the replacement interest rate index and interest rate reset.

The mobile app and the Internet Bank of Šiaulių Bankas will be temporarily unavailable on the Saturday night
Please note that due to the scheduled maintenance, the mobile app, the Internet Bank (including its BETA version) and the Open Banking portal of Šiaulių Bankas will be temporarily unavailable on the Saturday night (from 1 p.m. to 6 a.m. on 14/08/2021).
ECB published the results of a comprehensive assessment of Šiaulių Bankas
Such an assessment was initiated when Šiaulių Bankas, as one of the three largest credit institutions in the Republic of Lithuania, was classified as a significant institution on 1 January 2020 and the ECB began to exercise direct supervision over the bank.

We aim at making SMS banking service even more convenient for you, therefore from 15 July 2021 we are updating the management of this service. You will be able to order new messages, change settings, cancel already ordered messages and enter into a new SMS banking service agreement at any Šiaulių bankas customer service point or on your on-line banking.
