On 8-15 April, 8 customer service points will temporarily open their doors to customers
On 8-15 April, when Sodra and other payments are disbursed for the citizens, Šiaulių Bankas will additionally open 8 customer service points where customers will be able to make all their financial transactions.
On 8 and 10 April, Jonava, Birštonas, Raseiniai, Druskininkai and Kelmė customer service points will be temporarily open.
Ukmergė customer service points will be open on 8, 10, 14, 15 of April.
Vilniaus Sėlių str. customer service point will operate on 8, 9, 10.
Biržai customer service point will work on 10, 14, 15.
Temporarily opened units will be operating on the specified days from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The activities of some units are temporarily resumed during quarantine as the service of payment orders and cash transactions at bank branches is relevant to some customers. However, for security reasons, Šiaulių Bankas encourages customers to go to branches only for important reasons. It is recommended to manage finances remotely - via electronic banking and, in case of any questions, by contacting the Customer Service Centre and, in order to perform cash transactions, by choosing the ATM service.
To reduce the risk of spreading the virus, customers must register by calling 1813 (+370 37 301 337 when calling from abroad) before visiting any service point. Only one person can enter the unit at a time. Arriving customers will be greeted by a bank employee and invited to come in.
Business hours of the customer service points during quarantine are available here.
