We invite you to handle your financial affairs remotely and visit the units only upon registration

Dear Clients,

As part of the COVID-19 threat assessment and preventive actions, we want to ensure the safety of you and your employees, therefore we invite you to handle your financial affairs remotely and not to visit customer service points. If you still need to come to the unit urgently, please call us at tel. 1813 (calling from abroad +370 37 301 337) and register for the meeting.

Registration is necessary to minimize the risk of spreading the virus. Registered customers are kindly requested to arrive at the office at the appointed time, where they will be met by a bank employee and invited to come. We accept one person at a time.

Also, please be informed that preventively we are temporarily shutting down some customer service units based on government recommendations, customer flows, and distance between units.

The following customer service points will be open during the quarantine and will accept registered customers:

Vilniuje

Kaune

Klaipėdoje

Šiauliuose

Panevėžyje

Alytuje

Anykščiuose

Biržuose

Jurbarke

Kelmėje

Kėdainiuose

Marijampolėje

Mažeikiuose

Plungėje

Radviliškyje

Rokiškyje

Visagine

We apologize for the temporary inconvenience. A map of all units is available here.

We recommend, if possible, to choose electronic customer service channels: daily operations could be performed through electronic banking, in case of questions you may call the customer service centre and for cash transactions – use ATM service.

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that, in view of the ways in which viruses are transmitted, we recommend you avoid cash and opt for contactless payments. However, if you are using an ATM that is regularly disinfected, wear gloves or do not forget to wash your hands later.

Let's be conscious and healthy.

Yours,
Šiaulių bankas
