New tool for Šiaulių Bankas clients to manage VAT invoices more easily

Šiaulių Bankas started cooperation with Unifiedpost UAB and offers business clients the opportunity to use the BANQUP platform free of charge.

How does BANQUP work?

The BANQUP platform is designed to make the daily routine of managing invoices easier for businesses. To find out more about BANQUP, click here.


How to get started?

Starting from April, all business clients of Šiaulių Bankas who receive monthly invoices by email will receive an email invitation from the BANQUP platform. The message will look like this:

If you can not find the BANQUP invitation, please check your Spam/Junk folder in your email inbox. To start using the platform and see your invoice from Šiaulių Bankas:

  1. In the BANQUP invitation, click on “Choose password”.
  2. The platform will ask you to create a password.
  3. Once an invoice from Šiaulių Bankas is uploaded, you will be able to see it in the “Purchase invoices” environment. You will also be notified about the invoice by a BANQUP system message.

By logging in to the BANQUP platform, you will give your consent to the processing of your personal data.

You will then receive a BANQUP message in your email every month when you are invoiced.  The message will look like this:

What if I don’t want to use the platform?

The BANQUP invoice management platform is an additional tool for your convenience. If you do not register when you receive the invitation, we will send you the invoice in the usual way the next working day, but you will receive the invitation to register again the following month. If you have firmly decided that you do not want to try the platform or if you have tried the platform but no longer want to use it, please contact us at info@sb.lt (or call 1813); your invitation will be cancelled and you will no longer receive any more messages from the platform.

If you change your mind and want to try the platform in the future, please also contact us and we will resend your invitation.

By logging in to the BANQUP platform, you will give your consent to the processing of your personal data.

Your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, in accordance with national and international data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU), and the Bank’s internal regulations governing data processing. For more detailed information on the processing of personal data and the rights available to you, please refer to the Personal Data Protection Rules published on the Bank’s website.
