Šiaulių bankas distributes Capitalica Asset Management issue of bonds to finance the business center in Riga
Please be advised that Šiaulių bankas distributes up to 5 per cent annual interest bond issue of Capitalica Baltic Real Estate Fund I. Capitalica Asset Management, the SBA group company, is expected to raise up to 5 million EUR through bonds that will be used for the development of two A-class business centers planned in Riga. The value of the project is about 60 million. Eur.
CAPITALICA BALTIC REAL ESTATE FUND I UAB is a company investing in commercial real estate in the Baltic States. Investments are made in the real estate both in the early stage of development and in completed real estate. Currently, the company owns the business centre 135 in Vilnius, the office complex Kauno dokas in Kaunas, and the shopping centre Luizė in Klaipėda.
Main distribution terms:
- Issue Amount: EUR 4,999,900
- Annual interest rate: 5 per cent.
- Interest payment rate: once a quarter
- Term: 3 years
- The nominal value of the bond: EUR 100
- Distribution period: first stage: 2019 May 2 –June 3.
In total, investors will be able to acquire up to 50,000 bonds of the company. After the distribution, debt securities will be included in First North, an alternative securities market, administered by Nasdaq Vilnius.
