Service Notice

Dear clients,
 

From 11 p.m. on 14 October to 6 a.m. on 16 October, we will be carrying out scheduled technical works, during which the Internet Bank, the mobile application, the payment function in online stores (via Banklink and Open Banking), the cash deposit service will be unavailable, and our customer service units will only be available for consultations.

Payment cards will be accepted as normal and cash withdrawals will also be available.

We have made a commitment to be closer to our clients and their needs, which means not only delivering the highest quality of service, but also introducing new solutions. To ensure the smooth delivery, safety and quality of our services, we periodically carry out preventive maintenance and installation work.

Our aim is to ensure accessibility to services, so we try to get the technical work done as quickly as possible, usually in a few hours. This time, we will take a little longer to install the available updates so that you can continue to use our services.

When scheduling technical installation work, we always take into account the most “unpopular” service times, when clients make the fewest transactions.
 

We apologise for this temporary inconvenience. You are encouraged to make the necessary financial transactions in advance or after the completion of the scheduled works.
