How to get started with the mobile application?

The mobile application can be used by the clients of Šiaulių Bankas who are also using the Internet Bank and have Smart-ID or mobile signature authentication tools.

Download the mobile application of Šiaulių Bankas from Google Play or App Store free of charge. To be able to use the application, you will need the Internet connection and a smart device (smartphone or pad) with an operating system not older than Android v5.1 or iOS v9.0 installed.

We also recommend that you have a manufacturer-supported Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Windows Edge, or Safari browser on your device.

If you would like to learn how the application works before you start using it, you can do so by selecting the DEMO version in its login window. 

To make using the mobile application even easier, the first time you sign in with your authentication tools (Smart-ID or mobile signature), you will be asked to create a 4-digit PIN code that you can use to sign in even faster next time. For quick access to the application, you can also use your fingerprint or Face ID functionality (for iOS users).

What to do if you have not used the Internet Bank service so far?

Make an appointment and visit any customer service point of Šiaulių Bankas anywhere in Lithuania and conclude an Internet Bank Agreement. Be sure to bring an identity document (passport or identity card) with you.
