The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion (hereinafter, the “Terms and Conditions”) define the terms and conditions of the promotion organised by Šiaulių Bankas AB (hereinafter, the “Bank”), registration number 112025254, head office address Tilžės g. 149, Šiauliai, together with MASTERCARD, which have a strategic partnership with FinalPrice Travel Ltd, head office address 8 Northumberland Avenue, London, WC2N 5BY, United Kingdom, the organisation of the promotion, and the responsibilities of the employees.
- TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
- Promotion provides an opportunity for the clients of the Bank who hold or acquire the Card before 31/12/2024 to register on the www.finalprice.com platform and benefit from discounts on hotels, airline tickets and car rentals for one year from the date of registration made not later than 31/12/2024.
- Promotion Period is from 05/08/2024 to 31/12/2024 (inclusive), and the Account validity period is one year from the date of registration, which must be made not later than 31/12/2024.
- Card means the Bank’s MasterCard Business credit card.
- Participant is a legal entity that meets the conditions of the Promotion set out in Clause 2 of the Terms and Conditions.
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION
- To participate in the Promotion, a Participant must:
- hold an active Card;
- register on the www.finalprice.com platform during the Promotion Period:
- on the www.finalprice.com platform, enter the first 8 digits of the Card number and receive confirmation that the Card has been linked to www.finalprice.com.
- Once the confirmation that the Card has been linked to www.finalprice.com is received, create an account on finalprice.com.
- For one year from the start of registration, the Participant can enjoy discounts on hotels, airline tickets and car rentals, make purchases with the linked Card in the full amount (before discount) through the account, and instantly see the details of the discount, the amount of which will be refunded on the order and will be displayed in his/her personal www.finalprice.com account. Refunds of the amount of the discount granted are subject to the terms and conditions of the order, which are specified at the time of booking, and may take between 1 and 45 days after the service is completed. Refunds are made to your www.finalprice.com account and can be used to pay for future orders or transferred to your bank account.
- Renewing the Card. In cases where a Card needs to be renewed or a new Card needs to be added, e.g., due to expiry, if the Card has been lost, etc., the Participant may add a new Card to his/her existing account.
- Privacy and personal data. All Participants who register on the www.finalprice.com platform accept responsibility for the data they provide.
- Resolving problems and issues. In the event of any questions or problems related to the account or the www.finalprice.com platform itself, the Participant should contact the platform operator FinalPrice Travel Ltd directly. In case of any questions or problems related to the Card, the Participant should contact the Bank.
- To participate in the Promotion, a Participant must:

- By participating in this Promotion, Participants are obliged to read and abide by the Terms and Conditions published on https://finalprice.com (Terms and Conditions - FinalPrice). The Bank is not responsible and accepts no liability for the services provided by FinalPrice or their service providers and their quality, performance and obligations.
- The Bank may unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion by giving prior notice in the same manner in which these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion are published.
- The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion are publicly available on the Bank’s website at www.sb.lt.
