Credits, Factoring and Leasing

Corporate Credits

The exact size of a fee shall be defined by the Bank to each Customer individually after assessing the credit-related documents and/or the Customer's particular request.

1. document analysis fee
(included in the administration fee after concluding the agreement)

50% administration fee

2. administration fee for conclusion of the agreement, its extension or increase of the amount thereof
(a single time fee calculated from the credit amount specified in the agreement) 

from 0.7 % of the credit amount (min. EUR 200.00)

3. Commitment fee
(calculated from the unused credit amount)

from 0.5 % per annum of the unused amount of credit

4. The fee applicable to amendment of other agreement conditions

from 0.5 % of the credit amount (min. EUR 150.00)

5. The fee applicable to analysis of the Customer's other request and preparation of documents 

from 0.5 % of the credit amount (min. EUR 150.00)

6. Early repayment fee

2.0 % of the amount repaid early (min. EUR 150.00)

Factoring

The exact size of a fee shall be defined by the Bank to each Customer individually after assessing the credit-related documents and/or the Customer's particular request.

1. Credit document analysis and certificate preparation fee
(once the agreement is concluded it is included into the administration fee)

50% administration fee + VAT

2. Administration fee for conclusion of the agreement, its extension or increase of the amount thereof
(a single time fee calculated from the factoring limit amount specified in the agreement)

from 0.7 % of the factoring limit amount (min. EUR 200.00) + VAT

3. Fee of invoice acceptance:

0.4 % from the invoice amount (min. EUR 3.00) + VAT

4. The fee applicable to amendment of other agreement conditions

min. EUR 100.00 + VAT

5. Risk assessment of buyers, whose registered office is in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia1

EUR 35.00 + VAT

6. Risk assessment of buyers, whose registered office is outside Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia1

EUR 60.00 + VAT

7. For each notification to insurance company about the buyer's delay

min. EUR 150.00 + VAT

Leasing

The exact size of a fee shall be defined by the Bank to each Customer individually after assessing the credit-related documents and/or the Customer's particular request.

1. Administration fee for leasing agreement conclusion
(a single time fee calculated from the price of assets specified in the agreement)

1.1. if object of a lease is a car, and:

1.1.1. amount of assets is up to EUR 29 999.00

from 1.0 % of the property price (min. 200.00 EUR)

1.1.2. price of assets is between EUR 30 000.00 EUR and EUR 59 999.00

from 0.7 % of the property price (min. 200.00 EUR)

1.1.3. amount of assets is from EUR 60 000

from 0.5 % of the property price

1.2. if object of a lease is other asset

from 0.7 % of the property price (min. 200.00 EUR)

2. Administration fee for operating leasing agreement conclusion
(a single time fee calculated from the price of assets specified in the agreement) 

from 1.5 % of the property price (min. 200.00 EUR)

3. The fee applicable to amendment of agreement conditions 

3.1. for changing the payment date

from 0.5 % of the credit amount (min. 150.00 EUR)

3.2. for changing other conditions

from 0.5 % of the credit amount (min. 150.00 EUR)

4. A fee applicable for analysis of other requests of the Customer and preparation of documents, changing of the due date

from 0.5 % of the credit amount (min. 150.00 EUR)

5. Fee of early redemption

1.0 % of the amount repaid early 

1 The buyer risk assessment fee is paid when granting / changing / reviewing / updating the buyer limit.
