You can perform cash transactions at all bank branches. For branch addresses and opening times, please visit this page. Please note that our branches can also serve clients without prior registration, but in this case you may have to wait longer.
How can I make payments without visiting a bank branch?
To avoid the need to go to a bank branch, we suggest you use the Internet Bank or the mobile application. You can transfer money within the bank, to another bank in Lithuania or to banks in other SEPA countries via the Internet Bank and the mobile application. Instant payments are executed on a 24/7 basis all year round. The maximum amount per transfer is EUR 100,000, but this depends on the transaction limits you set. How do I change the transaction limit for payments through the Internet Bank?
If you need to change the transaction limit, please visit a Šiaulių Bankas branch or go to the menu item “Applications and Requests” in the Internet Bank and fill in the “Request to change account limits”. Contact number 1813 (+370 37 301 337 for calls from abroad). Transaction limits are changed within 3–5 working days.
Where can I check my current transaction limit?
You can check your account limits in the Internet Bank. Log in to the IB, go to “Account overview” -> “More information” -> “Authorisations and limits”. Here, you can see your current transaction, daily and monthly limits and how much of the allocated limit you have already used.

Log in to the Internet Bank or the mobile application and go to “Cards” -> “Limits”. You can change the existing limits via the Internet Bank or the mobile application. Once you have changed your payment card limits, you will be able to use them immediately.
