Important information for e-signature (stationary electronic signature) users
We inform that in 2021. May. customers will no longer be able to login to the on-line banking using a stationary electronic signature tool (cryptographic USB stick issued by the State Enterprise Centre of Registers or an identity chip with an electronic signature function). It will be possible to login to the on-line banking and confirm transactions using the following means of identification:

New fees and terms of Šiaulių Bankas services come into force
We would like to inform you that from March 1, 2021 the new investment services depository receipt fee will come into force, and from April 1, 2021 the fees for credit transfers, cash transactions in the bank's units, payment cards for business customers will change as well as the terms of some services. From now on, debits according to PLAIS instructions will not be included in the service plans.

Šiaulių Bankas distributes the bond issue of Capitalica Asset Management till 30 October
Šiaulių Bankas distributes the 3-year bond issue of the real estate fund (investment company) Capitalica Baltic Real Estate Fund I. SBA Group company Capitalica Asset Management plans to raise up to 8 million euros through bonds, which will be used for the development of the Riga office complex Verde. The value of the project is about 60 million euros. It will be one of the largest office complexes in the Latvian capital.
