Temporary restrictions on accessing deposit contracts on May 1st

Due to scheduled maintenance on the Šiaulių Bankas information systems on May 1st, from 00:00 to 23:00 (GMT+3), there will be temporary restrictions on the administration of deposit contracts (termination, changes of conditions, etc.), adding deposits, and creating new deposit contracts. Deposit services temporary will not be accessible on Šiaulių Bankas internet bank as well as in the branches. Other services will not be affected.

Certificate for annual income and asset declarations

Please be informed that you can now generate a certificate in the Internet Bank with the following data: available funds, housing loans and interest paid to the bank, repayment of student loans (or part thereof), and interest paid on term deposits, which are required for the 2023 personal income and asset declarations. Clients who have traded in securities can also generate the necessary certificates.

Regarding updated General Terms and Conditions for the Use of Payment Cards

We are writing to inform you that updated Šiaulių bankas AB’s General Terms and Conditions for the Use of Payment Cards will enter into effect on 1 January 2024.

New rates of Šiaulių Bankas services enter into force

Please be informed that new rates and terms and conditions for daily banking, documentary settlement and guarantee, credit and leasing, investment and other services will enter into force for private and business clients from 1 January 2024. The early repayment fee for mortgage and real estate loans changes for private clients from 1 November 2023.

During the scheduled test works, the banking services may be temporarily unavailable

Please be informed that on October 19 from 3:00 am until 7:00 am some scheduled test works will be performed, during which disruptions of the Internet bank, mobile app, sb.lt website, open banking and instant payments may occur, temporarily you may be unable to deposit cash to your payment card.

Settlements on the territory of Belarus

Please be informed that due to the requirements of sanctions enforcement, Šiaulių Bankas restricts certain settlement operations with Šiaulių Bankas payment cards in the Republic of Belarus. This means that payments with payment cards of Šiaulių bankas will not be possible in certain retail or service outlets in the territory of Belarus.

Updated General Service Rules, Terms of Electronic Services and the Conditions of Service Plans usage

Please be informed that as of 1 August 2023 a new version of the General Service Rules of Šiaulių Bankas will come into force for all clients.
