Šiaulių Bankas will no longer execute payments to/from Russia and Belarus
Please be advised that in view of the expanding sanctions against the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, we are striving to be responsible not only in terms of compliance and risk management, but also in terms of the services we provide to our clients. We have made a commitment to be closer, which is why we have first encouraged and given our clients time to switch markets, reducing their dependence on the sanctioned countries. Now that these countries pose unacceptable risks to the Bank, we are taking further precautionary measures and communicating changes in the execution of payments to the sanctioned countries.
