Documents for Signing the Agreement

When signing a leasing agreement at the point of sale of the property, you have to provide one of your ID documents - a passport or ID card.

In order to sign a leasing agreement at customer service point of Šiaulių Bankas, you have to provide:

• one of the identity documents - a passport or identity card;
• a commercial offer of the acquired property issued by the property seller;
• property inspection scorecard or authorized manufacturer's service certificate stating that the property is in good working order.
